ANNE KATHERINE PEROZUK
It is with heartfelt sadness that the family announces the passing of Anne Perozuk at Cudworth Nursing Home on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017. Anne is remembered by her two sons, Warren Perozuk and Ward (Linda) Perozuk; and her two granddaughters, Michaela and Kierra Perozuk. She also leaves to mourn her sister Betty Zary of Humboldt; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her husband Edward; parents Katherine and Dmytro; brothers Walter (Dolores), Gordon (Adeline), Johnny in infancy and brother-in-law Ostap Zary. Anne was born on July 24, 1930 in the Dana area and married Eddie on May 9th, 1953. Anne taught in several single room schoolhouses in the community and then in Prud’homme from 1964 to 1989 when she retired from teaching. Anne’s greatest love was her family. Anne and Ed were married for 59 years and spent most of their golden years travelling to many destinations; include the Ukraine, China and Europe. Anne loved to garden and spend time with her granddaughters. Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2017 and the Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Both services will be held at St. John the Evangelist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Prud’homme. The Celebrant will be Rev. Father Andre LaLach. The Interment will take place at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery near Prud’homme. Special thanks to the staff at Cudworth Nursing Home for their amazing care of Anne over the past 4 years.
