It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and loving Husband, Cecil Mitchener, who passed away peacefully at his home on February 12, 2018. They are all loved and missed by us all. Cecil is survived by his sister Eileen (Bill) Schillinger. Cecil married Hazel on November 18, 1950.
