Sharon Mary Dennison (Schwan) passed away May 1, 2012 in St. Paul's Palliative Care Unit at the age of 63. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Danita Vandale (Dwayne) and Ronda Dennison; as well as her partner, Gerry Dyck. She was predeceased by her husband, Tom; father and mother, Jack and Therese Schwan; sister and brother-in-law, Bernadine and Abe Dyck; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Dolores Schwan, and son-in-law, Darren (Woody) Burdes. She is survived by her daughters, and grandchildren, Jonathan, Shane, Maranda, Montana and Skyler, and great granddaughter, Bella. She will also be sadly missed by her siblings, Marie Bilinski (Rudy), Val Dennison (Dan), Jack Schwan (Jean), Larry Schwan (Joanne) and sister-in-law, Margret Wudrick (Harvey) along with their families and special nephews, Sam and Wilf and nieces, Rosemarie and Laurie. Sharon was born April 26, 1949 in Prince Albert, SK. She spent most of her life in Saskatoon and attended St. Michael's School. She married Tom in 1968 and was happily married for thirty years before his passing in 1998. Sharon made many good friends at her jobs at the bakeries, which she worked at for many years, and cleaning for veterans and seniors up until she became ill. Gerry Dyck, her long time friend became her partner in the later years of her life. They traveled within Canada and Europe together and shared many happy memories with friends and family. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Father Patrick Ampani presiding.
