Adeline Kent, born Marie Adeline Misener, Age 87, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, died November 18, 2018 in Saskatoon after several years of living with Alzheimers. She was born in St. Louis, Saskatchewan to Emilie (Boucher) and Hershel Misener, and was the last surviving of her siblings Evelyn, Robert, Floyd, Thelma, Edna, Hershel, and Clifford. Adeline married Orvin August Kent on August 14, 1952 and they celebrated 66 years of loving marriage until her passing. Adeline was a loving mother to: Wayne Kent (former spouse Bernadette Miazga), Shiela Kent Richards (Tom Richards), Gary Kent (Rowan Butler) and Donna-Lyn Kent (former spouse Daren Penteluke); grandmother to: Jeffrey Kent (Cassie), Tim Kent(Pam), Adam Kent (April), Kathleen Kent (Jordan Vancha), Daniel Kent (Chelsea), Victoria Kent, David Butler, Ginger-Rae Kent, Nicole Penteluke and Natasha Penteluke; great-grandmother to: Edward Kent, Violet Kent, Skyler Kent, Avery Kent, Jasper Kent. Adeline enjoyed her many friends and relatives and social activities such as entertaining, playing cards, curling, square dancing, crocheting, basket weaving, needle point, and ceramics. She had a 25 year career at the Hudson’s Bay Co. She enjoyed retirement in Arizona, B.C. and Wakaw Lake with Orvin. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 114 Kingsmere Place, Saskatoon, SK. The Celebrant will be Fr. Darryl Millette. The Rite of Committal will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
