Rudolph and Anna Poelzer saw to it that Ann and her five siblings were taught the right way to live. Ann grew up on this farm and attended school in Humboldt. At a dance one Saturday evening she met and later married the love of her life Ouray Bev Harvey. Ann and Bev enjoyed a life of love and 67 glorious years of marriage. It was a true partnership as Bev was her primary caregiver and rarely left her side until his passing in 2013. The center and heart of Ann’s life was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. To her family Ann gave her total love and devotion. She provided strength, stability and a happy home.
