It is with broken hearts we announce the death of Chris Domitrovich. He passed away peacefully at home with his wife by his side on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the age of 74 after a courageous 19 month battle with stomach cancer. Chris will be lovingly remembered by his soulmate and wife Glenda Bettin; step-sons Ed and Jason Bettin; step-grandchildren Nick (Chantal), Eddie (Jaret), Courtney and Kyla; step-great-grandchildren Madisynn and Dominik; as well as many extended family and friends in Canada, Croatia and Germany. He was predeceased by his parents Josephine and Frank Domitrovich. Chris was born in Karlovac, Croatia on April 4, 1944. He came to Canada with his parents at around 13 years of age. He attended St. Mary’s Elementary School, St. Paul’s High School and U of S, acquiring 2 degrees. On September 8, 2012 he married Glenda Bettin at Summerhill Winery in Kelowna and became a major part of Glenda’s family. Special thanks to Dr. E. N. S. Larkai, Dr. N. Sader, Dr. S. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St, Saskatoon) with Rev. Fr. Mike Dechant, omi presiding.
