Victoria passed away unexpectedly at Saskatoon City Hospital on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 2009, her parents Augustine (Jim) and Martha Sebastian and brothers Ambrose and Gabriel. Victoria is survived by her daughter Joanne, son-in-law William, beloved granddaughters Lindsey and Caitlin, brothers Andrew (Diane), Emile (Andrea), sisters Esther and Velma (Larry), sisters-in-law Sophie and Laurica and numerous nieces and nephews. Victoria lived in the Punnichy area all of her life, known most as a resilient and respectful person, her interests were in her garden, plants, cooking and crafts. As a farm person respect of the environment and animals was important to her. Victoria was a voracious reader and follower of current events which she could not help but pass on to those around her. She hosted many gatherings of family and friends always welcoming visitors and especially enjoying the company of nieces and nephews that spent summer holidays at the farm. Her travels to South America and Hawaii were highlights in her life. Her last residence at Luther Riverside Terrace, Saskatoon brought her many cherished friends. The Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Raymore United Church. Burial to follow at Stone Church cemetery.
