It is with a heavy heart that the family of Barbara Jean Andreen would like to announce her sudden passing. Barb was born in Saskatoon on October 26, 1957. She passed away at Royal University Hospital on February 7, 2021 after a brief hospital stay. Barb leaves to mourn her husband of 33 years, Greg, and children Shandra (Scott), Christopher (Tanya), Shyla (Glenn), Gary (Aly), and Jacki (Mike). It is with a heavy heart that the family of Barbara Jean Andreen would like to announce her sudden passing. Barb was born in Saskatoon on October 26, 1957. She passed away at Royal University Hospital on February 7, 2021 after a brief hospital stay. Barb leaves to mourn her husband of 33 years, Greg, and children Shandra (Scott), Christopher (Tanya), Shyla (Glenn), Gary (Aly), and Jacki (Mike). To know Barb is to know how much she loved her children and adored her grandchildren. She leaves behind 13 grandchildren: Chase, Koyten, Brynnlee, Karter, Mikaela, Kayleigh, Austyn, Wyatt, Tenley, Gavin, Marlee, Sawyer and Davis. Barb also leaves behind her mother Christina and siblings: Dave (Dawn), Doug (Beryl), Deb (Lee), Dale (Wanda), Jim-Anita, Brian and brother-in-law Dave. Also left to mourn are her in-laws: mother-in-law Susan, Chris (Paula), Clarence (Crystal), Claudia (Greg) and numerous nieces and nephews. Barb was predeceased by her Dad Jack, her sister Cheryl, nephews Johnathan and Brett, and father-in-law Leonard. Barb was an avid scrap booker known to attend many scrapbooking events with her multitude of scrapbooking friends. We all have special events and holiday cards "Made with love by Barb". Barb loved family gatherings but especially she loved spending time with her grandchildren, having many sleepovers, or attending games and events where the children were involved. While Warman was her home, Barb enjoyed when she and Greg could escape the cold and go on a hot holiday, which they were lucky enough to enjoy from time to time. The family wishes to thank the staff at RUH ICU for their wonderful care and compassion during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to RUH ICU, Breast Cancer Research as Barb was a Breast Cancer survivor, or please donate to a charity of your choice.
