HAATVEDT, Earl Sidney

August 22, 1929 – June 29, 2021

 

Earl was born in Elrose, SK. He was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Margaret, his parents and 4 brothers. He is survived by his sisters-in-law Victoria Stoski, Jean and Anne Tkachuk, numerous nieces and nephews and his caregivers Ray and Dianne Mantyka.

 

Earl worked for several years around Davidson, Elbow and Girwin areas and moved to Saskatoon working as a bodyman at Dominion Motors. He married Margaret Tkachuk on August 23, 1952. In 1955 he moved to Calgary and continued his career as bodyman, retiring in 1992. In 1993 he moved back to Saskatoon.

 

At Earl’s request there will be no funeral. Donations may be directed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada (26-1738 Quebec Ave., Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9). Cremation arrangements in care of Chelsea Krentz – Mourning Glory Funeral Services (306) 978-5200.
