Our beloved husband and father passed away on January 6, 2021. He is survived by his wife Lucille and son Chad (Gina), two sisters Patt Wolfe and nieces Marliss (Brad), Kessa (Adam), Nancy Carlson (Daryl) and nephews Jesse, Leif, great-nieces and great-nephews, sisters-in-law Doris Strudwick (Wayne), Jason (Schoena), Tara (David) and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Terry was known for his unusual sense of humor, quick wit, zingers and generous spirit.
Never satisfied by his achievements, Terry had three successful careers, first in banking, then real estate, and finally as a lawyer, obtaining a law degree late in life. His competitive spirit was evident in everything he did. When he wasn’t working, he loved playing and coaching sports, especially baseball and broomball. As a result, most people under age 50 called him “Coach”.
He was never happier than when he was fishing or in the great outdoors. Later in life, enjoying winters on the Gulf of Mexico.
A true homer, fiercely proud of Saskatchewan. He lived and died in every moment of Blue Jays and Rider games. His frequent disappointment and frustration undoubtably contributed to his passing. As per Terry’s wishes there will be no funeral.
